Ran Huang

Ms. Ran Huang was born in Guangdong Province, in Southern China. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Economic Law in 1995. While she worked as a licensed lawyer starting in 1996, she continued pursuing law, and earned her Master’s degree in Law in 2002. Ran furthered her education internationally by earning an MBA degree from Murdoch University in Australia in 2003. She then earned an LLM degree from Indiana Law School, USA in 2007. She has been a licensed member of the New York Bar since 2008. She was called to the Law Society of Ontario, Canada in January 2013.
Ran started her professional career working as a government attorney after she graduated from law school. She handled mainly litigation, including family law disputes, torts, commercial litigation, and criminal law. Since May 2002 and before, she practiced law in North America where she worked as an Attorney at Law in the Guangdong Team Win Law Firm, headquartered in Guangzhou, China. Ran represented private and publicly held companies and counseled management on issues relating to business formation, shareholder relationships, employment matters, banking and financing, transactions between businesses, as well as the purchase and sale of businesses and their assets, including intellectual property.
From May 2006 to December 2012, she worked as an associate attorney at Alan Bauerle Legal Service LLP in the United States. Ran has acquired legal experience in the areas of immigration law and business investment law. Ran has been successfully in charge of the Chinese group practice and provided a wide range of consultant and litigation services for clients related to United States and Canadian immigration matters for the A & J Associates Immigration Firm in Ontario while she was working on the project between the above two firms.
Ran is Of Counsel to our firm and will bring extra value to our business immigration practice. She continues to contribute her practice related to United States and Canadian immigration matters, especially in the areas of business immigration, skilled workers immigration, family sponsors, and student visas.
Ran is currently an active member of the New York Bar Association and Law Society of Ontario, Canada.
