Mr. Wong is a partner at GW Law Group and practices in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, and immigration law.
Experienced in civil litigation cases, Mr. Wong has been working with clients for many years and has provided counsel to both plaintiff and defense clients in a wide range of cases. Mr. Wong believes in clear communication and takes time to meet in person or over the phone to learn every detail about each case.
Mr. Wong focuses his immigration practice in the areas of deportation defense, and business and family immigration. He has represented hundreds of clients successfully before the USCIS and throughout the immigration courts nationwide. He has also represented clients successfully before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and Federal Court of Appeals. Mr. Wong has represented clients from different ethnicities and backgrounds including clients from Latin America, Africa, Asia, Europe and Canada.
Mr. Wong, as an immigrant himself, understands the problems that immigrants face in the United States and believes in honesty and personal service when exploring the immigration options for our clients.
Mr. Wong was born and raised in Canada where he received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ryerson University in 1994 in Toronto, Canada. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pacific's McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. Mr. Wong also received his L.L.M. in Tax Law from Golden Gate University, School of Law. Mr. Wong is a member of the California State Bar, Law Society of Ontario, Canada and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Wong is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Asian American Bar Association of the Bay Area, and a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Wong speaks English and is conversant in Mandarin and Spanish.
